Our industrial grade of TruCotton is engineered for needlepunch nonwovens. This low-cost grade is also used as a high-quality pre cleaned, contamination-free stock for bleaching.
Our TruCotton flagship model and grade is perfect for showcasing the natural elements of unbleached cotton because of the small amount of visible foreign matter throughout. These super-cleaned, hydrophobic fibers are suitable for any nonwoven manufacturing scheme.
This is a grade for manufacturers requiring the purest cotton available in the world, without chemical scouring and bleaching. This fiber contains less than 0.02% of visible foreign matter for the most discerning personal care products.
Any of our listed grades can be cut down to specified lengths for short fiber applications, making them perfectly suitable for air-laid and wet-laid nonwoven lines.
TruCotton performs extremely well on modern nonwoven lines and blends perfectly with exotic fibers. When bleached with kapok, a silky fiber that encloses the seeds of the kapok tree, our fibers make for a marketable nonwoven that retains dryness and is incredibly soft.
Our TruCotton fiber can also be blended with hemp. This blend makes for a stronger and more durable end product that maintains the natural softness cotton fiber can provide.
